Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on US orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tag and original packaging.

Free size exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are free, and we cover the return label.

Store credit

Prefer store credit? The return label is free, and your credit is issued as soon as the return arrives.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving. A $7.95 return label fee is deducted from cash refunds.

Gift returns

Received a Lovlee Comfort romper as a gift? Return it for store credit. No receipt needed.

Defects

If a zipper or seam fails within 90 days of delivery, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Final sale

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
