Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached and the original packaging intact.
How do I make a return?
Returns must be started within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Once the return arrives and is inspected, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges are not guaranteed until the original item is returned and processed, and sizes can sell out in the meantime. To guarantee the size you want, place a new order for it and return the original for a refund. Otherwise, contact us with your order number and the size you need and we will hold it if we can.
Final sale
Items marked final sale, and any item that has been worn or washed, cannot be returned or exchanged.
