Our rompers are made from 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex. It is the fabric parents reach for in the drawer first, and there are a few reasons why.
Soft, and softer with every wash
Bamboo viscose has a long, smooth fiber that feels closer to silk than to cotton jersey. It does not pill, it does not get scratchy, and it gets softer the more you wash it.
Breathable and temperature regulating
The fabric wicks moisture away from the skin and lets air move through it, so it stays comfortable in a warm nursery in July and layers under a sleep sack in January.
Stretch that moves with them
The 5% spandex gives four-way stretch. The romper moves when your baby kicks, rolls and crawls, and it still fits snugly the way sleepwear should.
Gentle on sensitive skin
Flat seams and no rough edges. The fabric is naturally hypoallergenic and smooth against eczema-prone skin.
Safety
Our rompers are snug-fitting sleepwear and are not treated with flame retardant chemicals. Please dress your baby in the correct size so the garment fits snugly, as recommended by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for snug-fitting sleepwear.
Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or lay flat. Skip the bleach and fabric softener, which coat the fibers and reduce softness over time. Bamboo viscose is delicate when wet, so avoid wringing.
